Our first Mac OS X product is called Photo Drop, which is Mac OS X widget to resize, trim and rotate images quickly. It goes back in 2007 that we made this software. We aimed to apply it for Apple Developer Award in a dashboard category (which looked slightly easier than other ones!). The development delayed as usual but finally ended. We were about to submit it to the competition and found their submit form is closed. What happened? We miscalculated the time difference between Cupertino, where Apple, Inc. are in the States, and Japan, where we were then. Oh dear, just a few hours! We missed the deadline and no body knows if Photo Drop would have won or not today.
After we did some commercial consulting and development, our focus has shifted to more solid Mac OS X softwares like Pool, that you can install and try out now. Photo Drop remained almost as it's released first time. Though we know there are some points that we could improve, the software was well made for the first product and we've had some good responses from all over the world randomly.
